I hereby make my Membership Application at Hunting Creek Country Club subject to approval of the Membership Committee and the Board of Directors. The undersigned does hereby acknowledge, accept and understand that I have truthfully and to the best of my ability answered all application questions. If my Membership Application is granted, I agree to observe and be bound by the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of Hunting Creek Country Club in the present form or as may be amended. I acknowledge, accept and understand that I am personally liable and responsible for all financial obligations relating to my membership and any of my family members or invited guests who will be utilizing Hunting Creek Country Club. I acknowledge and accept that I may be photographed or videoed while on the premises for marketing purposes. The member agrees that should their account be referred to a collection attorney that they are responsible, in addition to the past due balance, for all fees associated with said collection efforts.
