In February, the club completed the initial phase of the clubhouse long-range plan with renovations to the Dining Room, Governor's Room, and Partridge Lounge. Club president Chip Schwartz described the new look as "conservative elegance."

The Dining Room renovations, designed by Beth Baker and constructed by Sterling Development, included:

• New ceiling, heating, lighting, sprinkler system, flooring, carpeting, and sound system
• New chairs (stackable for storage) and chandelier
• Repainting
• Greater flexibility for small and large parties
• Increased capacity from 193 persons to 250 The Governor's Room and Partridge Lounge received new carpeting, window treatment, painting, and furnishings.
