On September 1, 1972, The Hunting Creek Country Club, Inc., No. 2 became a reality.
The first renovation of the clubhouse--the culmination of a master plan started two years earlier by then club president Paul Rumbaugh - took place in 1979. Ray Berry, a club member, was the architect. Dahlem Construction Company

In 1986, the club installed the attractive creek stones that line the banks of Hunting Creek as it traverses #16 fairway.

The renovation included a brand new Junior Olympic size Pool, Partridge Lounge, Grille 64, Bar 64, Champions Hall, an extension adding a 24 hour fitness facility, a newly remodeled Proshop, and Lobby.
